Return / Refund Policy

All Sales Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any item. This policy helps us to ensure the integrity of the products you buy from us.

Manufacturer Defects
If a product you purchase at RCN is found to be defective or damaged upon opening, please contact us within 15 days of purchase. We will replace the item with an exact (or close) match. Please provide a receipt.

Gift Cards
No cash exchange for gift cards.

Deposits for Special Orders
Special orders are non-returnable; therefore, deposits on special orders are also non-returnable.

Class Cancellations
Class registration fees must be paid in full to reserve your seat. Cancellations received at least 15 days prior to the class start date will result in 50 percent of the registration fee returned to you as a store credit (gift card). For cancellations received within 14 days of the class start date, the registration fee is non refundable.
