Self-Finishing with Lita O'Hara | December 2025

Lita O'Hara (@nashvilleneedlepointer) is returning to Rain City this December! Choose from *six* different beginner and intermediate class sessions. You can also "stack" classes (attend multiple sessions) to get the most of this visit with Lita.

Beginner classes:

• Square ornament (no larger than 5" on any side) 
• Round ornament (no larger than 5" in diameter)

Intermediate classes:
Requires prior completion of a class with Lita (includes prior store visits)

• Round ornament with gusset (no larger than 4" diameter)
• Irregular-shaped ornament (no larger than 4" in width or length)
• Standup with gusset (no taller/wider than 5") 

Ornament classes are 4 hours in length. The standup class is 5 hours in length and, therefore, has a higher class fee.

You will need:

• a fully stitched piece that's ready to be finished;
   OR...a "won't be sad if this one ends up in the Goodwill pile" stitched canvas;
   OR...blank/practice canvas (available for purchase)
• backing fabric of your choice (fabric with just a bit of stretch is recommended...not too thin and not too thick)

Lita will provide all other supplies for use during the class.


Other class preparation:
Prior to class, all registrants will be asked to email Lita a photo of the canvas they'll be finishing. Lita will advise if any extra rows of stitching are needed to ensure a successful end result! Information will be sent to registrants as the class nears.


Class registration fees must be paid in full to reserve your seat. Cancellations received at least 15 days prior to the class start date will result in 50 percent of the registration fee returned to you as a store credit. For cancellations received within 14 days of the class start date, the registration fee is non-refundable.
